Wordless Wednesday, wishful thinking
April 20, 2011
I don’t think it’s fair to say that it’s raining in Wooster again today… because it feels like it hasn’t stopped raining for weeks.
But because I grew up in a place where rain was a scarce blessing; because so many are praying for much-needed rain right now; because my sweet grandma taught me if you don’t have something nice to say then don’t say anything at all… I will not complain about the never-ending rain and lack of sunshine here.
I will appreciate and be thankful for the blessings I know this rain brings to farmers and ranchers in this area. I will keep the remainder on this Wednesday wordless, and leave you with some photos taken at this time last year after the rain had cleared, the grass had greened and the calves had started to grow.
