Plan Your Trip

Arrive:

• • If attending pre-event tours: Monday, August 3
  • Feeding Quality Forum only: Tuesday, August 4 (sessions start at 12:45 p.m. CDT)

Depart:

• • Sessions conclude Wednesday, August 5, after lunch. We recommend departing Wednesday afternoon or later.

Ground Transportation:

• All Feeding Quality Forum sessions will take place at Embassy Suites Amarillo Downtown except for the pre-event tours. Certified Angus Beef is not responsible for transporting attendees during the event, except for to and from the pre-event Beef Blitz tours.
• If you are not driving to the event, we recommend renting a vehicle, or using a rideshare app such as Uber or Lyft. The hotel does NOT offer an airport shuttle service.

What to Wear:

• Jeans and boots are appropriate throughout the entire event (collared shirts for men; blouses for women).
•  If you’re signed up for the pre-event tour, make sure you wear long pants, close-toed shoes and bring a jacket. Remove all jewelry except wedding rings before departing for the tour.
